Trash to Cash Thursday: Household Items

Hey everyone! It's trash to cash Thursday!
Here's a few common household items that sell for some pretty good cash!

100 EMPTY Toilet paper rolls sold recently for $10.50 +shipping. That's some decent return on all that toilet paper we buy! It all adds up! Check it out HERE.

If you have a baby at home, you may want to consider collecting all those baby food jars! A lot of 70 jars recently sold for $55.60 +shipping! Check it out HERE.

So before you throw out what you think is "trash", look it up on eBay! You may have some extra cash in your trash!

Thanks for reading everyone!

  1. I've sold toilet paper tubes before. Empty egg cartons are another good seller.

    1. Do they sell consistently? I would sell egg cartons, but have chickens and mom would probably shoot me! LOL!

    2. Check completeds. They sell as well as toilet paper tubes. I think the sales come from people who raise chickens. They need the cartons like your mom does :)

  3. These are great. I've sold empty Altoids tins in lots before... sometimes for big bucks (over 50 cents each!), other times for a lot less.
Watch out on the packing for those baby food jars. Shipped as seen in the photo, they are pretty much guaranteed to arrived mostly broken.
