Sales Update 4/15-4/26

Hey everyone! I'm back with yet another sales update!

I'm so so sorry I'm not staying on schedule with my blogging. Only 2 more weeks til school is out, so hopefully then I can get more regular with my posting. 

Everyone lately has been talking about how slow their sales have been this month. Mine have been BOOMING! I have had at least one sale almost every day! I had 4 sales just yesterday! 

I think the increased sales over the last few days have been because... I HIT 500 LISTINGS! WOO HOO! I have been listing like crazy trying to hit that number and I have made it! (Sort of). I'm back down to 495 items now since I've sold so much. I will be taking advantage of this 1,000 free fixed price listing promo that ends today as soon as I get my English 102 essay finished. Hopefully I can get back over 500 again!

3 Tubes of 350 Covergirl Makeup - $7.95 each F/S

Awful story about this makeup... I sold a tube of 340 makeup two weeks ago, went into my eBay room looking for it, and I couldn't find that number. I was COMPLETELY out! EBay was showing I had 14 left in stock. WHATTT??!?  I had to cancel that transaction and refund immediately. Then afterwards I went into each makeup listing and revised the quantity I had in stock because they were all out of whack by LARGE quantities! I also found 3 kinds of makeup that weren't even listed! So that is all fixed now thankfully! 

Woo hoo for microwave plates! I love love love these! They are super easy to list and ship! This one sold for $13.33 +shipping. I paid probably $1-$2. 

I sold a pair of Ann Taylor jeans that have been listed FOR-EVER! They sold for $15 +shipping. I probably paid around $3. 

I had this Dressbarn cardigan listed since last summer. I paid $0.25 for it, and it sold finally for a best offer of $15.99 +shipping. 

I LOVE finding stamps! They're just so cute! I am a very crafty person, as are most people in my family, so I figured if this didn't sell it would get some use anyways! I bought 3 stamps for $2, and this one sold for $8 +F/S. 

I bought this Nordicware pan in Indiana for $2 in Indiana, it sold for $15 +Shipping. 

This Monopoly themed neck tie came from the Goodwill Outlet, so I didn't pay much. It sold for $15 +shipping. 

My wonderful aunt picked me up a lot of Littlest Petshop items last week for $10! If you aren't knowledgeable on these items, be sure and look them up on eBay right now! Some of these items go for a ton! I used to play with these when I was little, but sadly, all my pets got donated. :( They would be worth a pretty penny now! This Talent Show Stage sold for $6 +shipping. I had two of these, and they both sold within a day. The other one I am still waiting for payment. A UPI case is open for that one since they have not paid in 2 days. 

I ALWAYS pick up Jansport backpacks if the price is right! This pack sold for $25 +shipping to Israel! Anyone ever shipped there before?! I paid $4.  

This is the last of the belt buckles I bought last summer. I paid $1.33 for this one. It sold for $14.95 +Shipping. 

My sister found this build a bear workshop outfit at the Goodwill Outlet, it sold for $10 +shipping. The clothes tend to sell better than the bears. 

Here's another backpack! I paid $3 for this one, it sold for $20 +shipping. 

You all know I always buy unique shower curtain hooks! These sold for $10 +shipping. 

Finally, I sold this Lauren Ralph Lauren sweater vest for $19.95 +shipping. I paid $5 at the Goodwill.

Sales Update 3/25-4/14/15

 I am SO, SO sorry that I've been negligent towards my blogging lately! Finals week in college is slowly creeping up on me, so I'm desperately trying to stay caught up with my school work.

My goal was to list 5 items every day this month.
As of today I should have 70 items listed.
I've listed 27...

I'm hoping that as soon as class is over, I can concentrate more on eBay instead of everything else in the world,  and I can get my numbers up.

But anyways! Away from my procrastinating!
Here's the highlights of the 29 items I've sold since my last sales update:

I picked up this tea jar last summer for a dollar. It sold for $9.95 +$18.95 shipping!

I almost always pick up Wilton cake pans. This one sold for $14.99 +free shipping.

I picked these John Deere boots up on my Indiana trip for $2. I didn't notice the torn place on the top of the boots until I got home, but I still flipped them for $15 +shipping.

You all may have saw me talk about this item in my YouTube video! I picked this Garmin Forerunner up at the Goodwill in Indiana for $4. It sold for a best offer of $75 +shipping.

 

This Design a Day briefcase came from the Goodwill Outlet. I just now got it listed and it sold for $20 +shipping.

 

I bought a load of new with tags clothing a while back at a yardsale for $3 a piece. This shirt sold for $19.95 +free shipping.

I always pick up text books if they are newer. Like 2013-2015 editions. This one I paid $0.50 for, and I think I sold it for a best offer of $65 +shipping.

Here's another tie from the Goodwill Outlet! It was new with the tags! It sold for $15 +Shipping!

This Thirty-One tri-fold organizer was picked up at the Goodwill Outlet as well. It sold for a best offer of $17.50 +Free shipping.

Here's an AWESOME score! I mentioned in my YouTube video that I wanted to try out selling perfumes. I picked up this bottle at a local thrift shop. It sold within a day for a best offer of $37 +Shipping! Already got positive feedback too! YAY! I only paid FIFTY CENTS!!

BIG Debate

I'm sure we've all seen the debate over the White and Gold/Blue and Black dress all over the news. I'm having a somewhat similar problem.. I have this shirt to list, and I'm not sure if it's Purple and White or Burgundy and Light Blue/White. Opinions NEEDED!

Indiana Yardsale Haul and MORE! 3/27-3/28/15

I'm home!! We made it back safely from our weekend yard sale trip to Indiana! This year, it was so COLD! We got to yard sale while it was snowing! I didn't let that bother me though!

We spent Thursday and Friday hunting for some eBay reselling treasures, and I can honestly say I racked up! I spent a total of $160 and after looking everything up, I should make around $1,000+! WOOHOO!

Here's what my basement looked like when we brought all our finds inside!

 

Our house looked like a junk hole! After everything was sorted and put away, this is what I was left with to resell on eBay. You can't see it all, but it's A LOT! I probably have 25 pairs of shoes in the larger box!

But! Here's what we've been waiting for! A HAUL VIDEO!! Yes! Finally it has been created! I don't show EVERYTHING I bought, because that would take days, but I hope you all enjoy my rambling!

Sales Update 3/17-3/24

Hey everyone! I'm back with another sales update! I hope you all are making TONS of money this month! The weather is finally getting ready for YARD SALE SEASON! Yes! It is 75 degrees right now here in Kentucky!! I am SO excited about getting to go to garage sales instead of Goodwill. The prices at the Goodwill just continue to become even more outrageous, and I'm absolutely tired of it!

Starting Thursday, me and my family will be heading to Indiana to hit up this awesome community wide yard sale that we attend every year! I ALWAYS find tons of great stuff! Last year, I had just got into eBay full time, so I didn't pick up much to resell. This year though, I'm READY! I have my list made, I've been studying some BOLO's on other blogs, and I am totally prepared to hit up some sales and make a fortune! I'll be sure and share my haul with you all once we get back home and unloaded!  Maybe in video form!

The sales this past week have been somewhat slow.. But at least I've had some sales!
I've sold 12 items since my last post for a total of $177.65 before fees.
I'm still not making too much, but it's enough right now to pay my monthly car payments and phone bill and still have enough left over to spend on date nights and trips!

I'm wanting to try my hand at flipping shoes on eBay, so I picked up these wooden naturalizer slip ons for $3. They sold for $8 +shipping. I think I need to study the shoe market a bit more..

 

I sold these vintage 90s Tommy Hilfiger overalls of my sisters for $39.95 +shipping to Norway. BOLO!

I picked this Ralph Lauren plate up at my favorite Goodwill for $0.50. It sold for a best offer of $15.00 +shipping.

This kit to make one quilt block sold for a best offer of $3 +shipping.

Not sure who gave me this.. It's been listed for ages. It sold for $12.95 +shipping

I picked up this Patagonia polo at my favorite Goodwill for $3. It sold for $14.95+shipping.

Another microwave plate! Love selling these! This one sold for $14.95 +shipping.

This is a Wee Sing America CD, Cassette, Song Book combo. I picked it up at the Goodwill Outlet. It sold for a best offer of $10 +F/S

These were my aunts. They sold for a best offer of $17 +F/S

I found this Land's End cashmere sweater at my favorite Goodwill for $3. It sold for $24.95 +shipping to UK.

Sales Update 3/10-3/16

Spring break has officially ended, so school must begin again.. I am so glad that we are over halfway done with the semester!  This is week 10 out of 16, so not much more to go! This week my goal is to get *most* of my clothing items measured, photographed, and at least half of them listed.

March started out with a bang, but it has quickly came to a halt. No sales the past 4 days. I haven't been listing anything either.. So that could be why. We will see if that's the case!

Here's my sales from the 10th-12th:

I LOVE board games! Probably because I like to play them before they sell! I didn't get to test this one out since it sold so fast! This Clue game came from the Goodwill Outlet, so I probably paid $1-$2 give or take for it. It sold for $25 +shipping to Canada.

Here's another Goodwill Outlet find! This whole Build A Bear outfit cost me less than $0.50. It sold for a best offer of $12 +shipping.

I just LOVE the Goodwill Outlet! Most of my recent sales have been from items I have bought there a little while back, including these two Tupperware pieces. They both sold for $10 +shipping. They also cost me less than $0.50.

This Jos. A. Bank cashmere sweater vest was picked up at my favorite Goodwill for $5. I know I priced it way too low since it sold so quickly.. Sold for $15 +shipping. New they sell for $80... Live and learn I guess!

Another Goodwill outlet find! Ties are abundant at the outlet. You can probably get 60+ ties for around $4 since they don't weigh anything. GREAT deal! This Brooks Brothers Makers tie sold for $7.50 +Shipping.

 Another tie! This one sold for $7 +shipping.
